Join us on 12 February for a presentation on the Irish economy with visiting Irish Economist Dr. Emma Howard. How is the Irish economy doing currently and what challenges will it face in 2025 and beyond?
Dr. Emma Howard is an Economist and Lecturer at the Technological University Dublin. She is the Chair of the Irish Society for Women in Economics (ISWE) and is on the External Advisory Group for the Irish Government Economic and Evaluation Service (IGEES). Prior to working in TU Dublin, she was an Economics Fellow at the University of Oxford and Mansfield College. She has a PhD, MSc and BA in Economics from Trinity College Dublin. Her research is in Behavioural Economics and Applied Microeconomics, and her current focus is on pro-environmental and health behaviours, gender equality, diversity, and inclusion.
